We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore do not offer monetary refunds. If your product has a defect you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of the order date for a full store credit equal to the amount of purchase. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we'll also pay the return shipping costs. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Downloadable books/products 
  • Digital courses

To be eligible for a exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed for immediate use.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE:

Please allow a minimum of 7 days for us to receive and process your return. In most instances, your return will be processed much sooner. You will receive an email notification when your merchandise has been processed and shipped.

EVEN EXCHANGES:

In your email, please specify the reason for exchanging and what you would like to exchange your merchandise for. Do not place a separate order for your exchange. A customer service representative will place your exchange order manually. Once we receive your original package, The B. Shoppe will auto ship your exchange.

STORE CREDIT:

Store credits will be issued for any difference in the exchange dollar amount or in the event that you cannot decide on another purchase. Please note, this credit will remain on file up to 1 year from the order date. If you owe a balance toward your exchange, we will issue an invoice via for additional payment. Exchanged merchandise will not ship until the balance is paid.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted via email shop@thebshoppe.co within 14 days of your order date.  Please include digital photos of all angles of the product for review. We may request that you send the product to our Quality Assurance Department for further review. If the damage or defect is a result of a manufacturing flaw, we will replace your product with the same style or a style of comparable value. If the problem was caused by reasons other than material or manufacturing defect, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition as it was received.

Please note that the product life expectancy depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Any product damage determined to be normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life expectancy of the product will not be covered or replaced.
